As part of our Digital team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company’s digital ecosystem, driving API program evolution, and strengthening digital partnerships. This role ensures seamless interoperability between internal and external platforms, optimizing performance, usability, and partner engagement.

Your day-to-day:

• Ecosystem Orchestration: Manage and coordinate the integration of services into internal and external platforms.
• Partner Enablement & Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding for partners, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with technical and business requirements.
• Performance & Functionality Assurance: Maintain high API usability, optimal performance, and ease of subscription and integration for partners.
• New Capabilities & Innovation: Identify and propose new API features and capabilities to enhance ecosystem value and support business growth.
• Integrations: Oversee business analysis, technical and operational integrations with banking partners, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
• Collaboration with Business Development: Work closely with the New Business Development team to expand the ecosystem and enhance digital distribution.

What we are looking for:

• Education: BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Management & Technology, preferably with a specialization in digital fields.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance and banking integrations.
• Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge of API architecture, security, and best practices.
• Experience in managing integrations between banks, insurers, and third-party platforms.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with external partners, banks, and internal teams to drive successful integrations.
• Strategic Mindset: A focus on innovation, efficiency, and business growth.
