senior tester for digital customer touchpoints

We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tester for Digital Customer Touchpoints to join our team.

This role focuses on managing the testing lifecycle across digital platforms and touchpoints, driving strategic improvements in testing processes, ensuring the reliability of new features before UAT, and fostering seamless collaboration across teams to tackle complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full testing lifecycle on digital platforms and connected touchpoints

• Define and execute high-level test strategies and scenarios for sophisticated features

• Promote effective cross-team collaboration to address significant issues efficiently

• Develop and optimize detailed regression testing strategies and maintain best practices

• Ensure all test coverage aligns with strategic business objectives and standards

• Evaluate testing data and communicate results with strategic insights to stakeholders

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX teams to refine end-to-end testing approaches

• Guarantee systems are prepared and optimized for UAT phases with minimal risks

• Enhance testing frameworks by contributing to advanced tools and automation workflows

• Validate digital platform functionality, including e-commerce, to meet quality and business requirements

• Continuously improve testing approaches with innovative methods catered to evolving business and technology trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in testing roles, including senior-level responsibilities or ownership of processes

• Strong expertise with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence) to streamline workflows and reporting within teams

• In-depth knowledge of digital ecosystems and e-commerce platforms, including experience testing complex integrations and customer interactions

• Advanced skills in regression testing, test strategy design, and clear communication of findings to diverse stakeholders

• Ability to translate test results into actionable recommendations to drive business goals and improve processes

• Extensive experience in planning and managing UAT processes, including proactive mitigation of potential testing challenges

• Proficiency in designing scalable and efficient testing flows within Agile or scaled Agile development teams

• Deep understanding of adapting testing practices to align with large digital transformation projects

• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English (B2+ level)

• Demonstrated skills in creating advanced testing scenarios for global e-commerce platforms

• Strong background in integrating testing workflows with CI/CD pipelines for improved deployment reliability

• Proficiency across additional testing tools to enhance productivity and adaptability in varied environments
