What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex changes across the NFR procurement landscape
- Drive functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts
- Manage HR integration covering org structure, cost centers, and approval flows
- Oversee the Shopping Cart flow from catalog selection through approval, PO, GR, and asset update
- Support asset creation during accounting and coordinate with PM processes
- Address special topics such as regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, and mass cart creation
- Oversee WRICEF documentation quality and ensure specs are completed and stored before development starts
- Define testing strategies and coordinate UAT, securing formal approval by release cutover
- Resolve critical L3 incidents and lead root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes
- Participate in PI and Sprint Planning and guide the team through Agile processes
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- SAP SRM with Retail/NFR experience
- NFR procurement and product hierarchy knowledge
- HR integration covering org structure and approval flows
- Shopping Cart and Workflow configuration expertise
- Sourcing and Contracts management skills
- MDM familiarity
- WRICEF documentation and Testing strategies
- Incident management for critical issues
- Agile methodologies experience
- English proficiency at B2+ level
