We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a leading financial institution in its Digital Transformation journey, aiming to become a digital-first organization. This role involves managing delivery streams and driving pre-sales. Join us and play a key role in a high-impact digital transformation programs.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and relationships

• Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences

• Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling, optimizing team effectiveness

• Deliver customer projects successfully, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with EPAM processes and methodologies

• Involve in hands-on in risk mitigation in various projects

• Engage in extensive communication with customer stakeholders to align team-level requirements

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Project or Delivery management roles

• Proven track record of managing delivery of organizations with 30+ FTEs

• Technical background with hands-on experience in software development or technical project management

• Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid SDLC

• Experience managing large fixed-price projects would be a plus

• Banking domain knowledge

• Exceptional organization, leadership and stakeholder management skills
