We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead business demand management for e-commerce platforms and oversee UX/UI initiatives across digital channels.
This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience, aligning product functionality with user expectations, and delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in e-commerce best practices and customer journey design to support strategic goals and ensure seamless integration across channels.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.
Responsibilities
Own the digital customer journey from initial interaction through to order placement across platforms such as the ab.gr website and mobile application
Support the development and communication of a clear product vision, including planning, optimization and execution of e-commerce and customer experience processes
Gather and analyze requirements with business counterparts and digital experts, contributing to the product roadmap and translating needs into functional specifications
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories, features and technical tasks are well-defined and aligned with product goals
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Product Owners and Business Analysts, to ensure successful delivery of product features and improvements
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across e-commerce platforms and related systems to drive enhancements in efficiency, user experience and business outcomes
Lead or support training sessions for end users and internal stakeholders to ensure adoption and understanding of new functionalities
Analyze end-user feedback and behavior to inform ongoing product development and refinement
Apply critical and analytical thinking to analyze complex information and reach data-driven conclusions
Take initiative, anticipate needs and actively seek opportunities for improvement
Prioritize effectively and manage time to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Convey messages clearly, concisely and persuasively to various stakeholders
Embrace team collaboration, value diverse perspectives and foster a sense of belonging
Promote digital tools, emerging technologies and modern practices within the area of expertise
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related roles within the e-commerce domain
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and customer journey design
Skills in UX/UI initiatives, digital channel management and process optimization
Background in collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, Product Owners and Business Analysts
Competency in gathering and analyzing requirements, managing product backlogs and defining functional specifications
Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and business outcome measurement
Proficiency in analyzing end-user feedback and behavior for product refinement
Capability to lead or support training sessions for end users and internal stakeholders
Qualifications in critical and analytical thinking, time management and authentic communication
Flexibility to embrace digital tools, emerging technologies and modern practices
