Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the end-to-end client delivery from initiation through the whole life cycle, ensuring projects/programs are delivered successfully and in line with EPAM processes
- Manage client relationship, expectations, represent delivery on governance level
- Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks
- Co-ordinate the preparation of client proposals and statements of work
- Run multiple streams of activities and coordinate with client groups in various stages of the lifecycle
- Be accountable for delivery in all aspects: financial, sourcing, implementation and business as well as regulatory requirements
- Cooperate with your peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and solution architects
- Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
- Lead and represent delivery in sales and presales activities until contracting and beyond
- Share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with client
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing client stakeholders on all levels and successfully drive IT services engagements
- A proven track record of managing delivery of an organization of 40-100+ FTEs, or engagements of a smaller size but with high business impact
- Experience in running multiple delivery streams/clients, assuring proper governance on the top management level
- Hands-on experience in technology and software engineering practices with ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and assure a winning mix of delivery practices applied on the project
- Expected to have at least 10 years in IT and at least 5+ years in positions of a Project/Program Manager, Coordinator, Solution/Systems/Enterprise Architect, Delivery Manager
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with Agile delivery
- Hands-on experience with different engagement models
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed virtual team and to meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience in heavy F2F collaboration with clients
- Strong experience working with distributed teams on the client side
- Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, ability to multitask, reliable to deliver on time, quick-thinker, able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Fluency in English
