- 3+ years' experience
- Python, TypeScript, and SQL programming skills

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience using Palantir Foundry
- Strong communication skills

Implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from various sources
Develop data models that support advanced analytics and reporting needs
Utilize modern programming languages to build data-driven applications focused on user needs
Ensure the quality and reliability of datasets through validation and testing
Visualize data insights and tell compelling stories through dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI
Optimize performance and scalability of data infrastructure to meet growing business demands
Maintain thorough documentation of data architecture, pipelines, and processes
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions
Adhere to Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure effective project delivery
Support the adoption and use of advanced platforms such as Palantir Foundry
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields
Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and SQL with a deep understanding of relational databases
Skills in data modeling, data visualization, and storytelling with data
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and familiarity with Agile development approaches like Scrum
Experience working with Palantir Foundry or other advanced data platforms
Background in Insurance, Financial Services, or Finance-related industries is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
Knowledge of Big Data technologies and frameworks
Proficiency in PySpark for distributed data processing
Background in Machine Learning or Generative AI applications
Familiarity with insurance domain concepts or the Property & Casualty business
Understanding of ETL/ELT solutions and best practices
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Gradle
