Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities
Design and build scalable data pipelines and data-driven solutions to support robust analytics and business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on data needs, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Implement data modeling, documentation, and optimization strategies to streamline performance and usability
Develop data analytics tools and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends
Leverage modern coding languages like Python or TypeScript to create reliable and maintainable software components
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and monitoring processes are automated and efficient
Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to expedite project delivery and enhance collaboration
Take ownership of projects, driving them from inception to completion with minimal oversight
Solve complex Big Data problems using advanced technologies like Palantir Foundry and Machine Learning techniques
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on experience in data and technology
Expertise in modern coding languages like Python or TypeScript
Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools
Background in Scrum and Agile development approaches
Understanding of building data-driven applications with storytelling capabilities
Good communication skills in English to articulate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
Knowledge of Palantir Foundry and Microsoft Power BI
Experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI
Knowledge of PySpark for large-scale data processing
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Gradle
Knowledge of the insurance domain, the financial industry, or finance functions within other industries
