Are you passionate about solving complex big data analytics problems using cutting-edge technologies? EPAM is looking for a skilled Senior Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer to join our growing, globally distributed team. Our ideal candidate boasts hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization, coupled with a robust command of SQL and Power BI.
In this role, you will design and build advanced analytics solutions, transform complex data into actionable insights and create visualizations that enable decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to understand data needs, identify patterns and deliver interactive dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities
Build, deploy and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that are visually appealing, interactive and user-friendly
Design and optimize data models for efficient reporting and analytics
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality across all dashboards and reports
Implement data governance best practices and standards
Identify emerging patterns and correlations within datasets
Develop visually engaging visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with teams across departments to devise actionable strategies based on data-driven insights
Requirements
Strong SQL skills
Familiarity with programming languages like Python
Ability to read, modify and create complex queries, combined with good business analysis skills
Extensive proficiency in data analytics and visualization
Strong experience with Power BI
Good understanding of the purpose and main principles of ETL tools
Fluency in English
