Responsibilities
Collaborate with Delivery Manager on business analysis process setup and improvements
Work with Client Product Owner to understand product vision and roadmap
Define and align project scope with Client PO and Delivery Managers, validating estimation assumptions
Elaborate business targets and expectations with Product, Project, and Program management
Align requirements with clients' UX/UI teams for seamless integration
Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and change management
Manage product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner, including prioritization and sprint backlog formation
Support delivery teams during sprints through refinement, user story development, testing, and acceptance criteria clarification
Document the current mobile app system "AS IS" and analyze for improvements
Coordinate new capabilities development according to project roadmap
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner with 3+ years in business analysis
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Experience in business analysis process setup, improvement, management, and maintenance
Expertise in scope and change management processes
Experience in mobile app development with understanding of mobile UX principles
Proficiency working in Agile environments, specifically Scrum
Experience using Azure DevOps for scope backlog management
Knowledge of retail banking sector
Strong communication and collaboration skills
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of the Greek language
Knowledge of banking sector specifics related to Greece
