senior accessibility tester remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accessibility Tester to join our Accessibility Testing team for a major banking client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products comply with accessibility standards and deliver an inclusive experience for all users. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive accessibility assessments for web and mobile applications in multiple languages (Greek and English)

• Provide detailed accessibility testing reports, highlighting findings and actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with design and development teams to address and remediate accessibility issues

• Develop accessibility guidelines based on the Design System and conduct training/workshops to socialize them across teams

• Perform accessibility reviews for key product flows to identify high-level gaps

• Evaluate mobile app and web features both during the design phase and after implementation

• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 standards in all digital products

• Act as a central accessibility expert, supporting teams with adherence to legal and industry standards

Requirements

• Background in assessing digital applications, with 3+ years of relevant professional experience

• Expertise in accessibility testing and practical remediation for mobile and web applications

• Proficiency in WCAG 2.2 standards and related principles

• Skills in developing and implementing accessibility guidelines, including conducting workshops and training

• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers)

• Capability to provide clear guidance to design and engineering teams for accessibility fixes

• Understanding of digital product workflows, including design and development processes

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

• Proficiency in the Greek language

• Knowledge of the banking domain and its specific accessibility needs

• Showcase of experience driving organizational change toward inclusive design principles
