What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end AI applications including chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and recommend LLM-driven solutions
- Develop and manage data pipelines, prompt strategies, and datasets for AI models
- Evaluate and refine AI system performance to ensure accuracy, security, scalability, and compliance
- Conduct research and rapid prototyping to validate AI technical feasibility and business value
- Stay updated with evolving LLM technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks
- Knowledge of AI application development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Experience with UI prototyping tools such as Streamlit and Gradio
- Familiarity with LLM platforms and APIs including LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Strands Agents
- Understanding of advanced AI integration patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agent-based architectures
- Experience in AI deployment at scale focusing on performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability
- Skills in evaluating generative AI quality using retrieval, classification, and LLM-based metrics
- Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence / Data Sciencepreferred
