What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end AI applications including chatbots, Q&A platforms, and agent workflows
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and recommend LLM-driven solutions
- Develop and manage data pipelines, prompt strategies, and datasets for AI models
- Evaluate and refine AI system performance for accuracy, security, scalability, and compliance
- Conduct research and rapid prototyping to validate AI solution feasibility and business value
- Stay updated with evolving LLM technologies and methodologies to improve solutions and outcomes
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or similar web frameworks
- Experience with LLM platforms, APIs, and frameworks including OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, and Strands Agents
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based architectures
- Skill in developing data pipelines and prompt strategies
- Ability to evaluate AI system performance using LLM-based evaluation methods
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Streamlit and Gradio
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Computer Science / Any Fieldpreferred
