What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end OMS delivery for multi-region commerce transformation programs
- Coordinate enterprise OMS design, configuration, and rollout
- Manage priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teams and vendors
- Define project scope and technical approaches with product, architecture, and delivery leads
- Integrate OMS with commerce, payment, warehouse, logistics, and customer-service systems
- Oversee order lifecycle, returns, refunds, and pre-order workflows
- Ensure architectural standards, quality assurance, and technical documentation
- Support feature planning, sprint execution, and release management
- Mentor team members on functional and technical OMS practices
- Perform issue triage, risk mitigation, and rollout status reporting
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- Order Management Systems (OMS) & OMS delivery
- Ecommerce integration patterns & enterprise system integration
- Order lifecycle management, inventory orchestration & returns processing
- REST APIs, microservices & cloud architecture
- Agile delivery & delivery governance
- Architectural standards, quality assurance & technical documentation
- Computer Science / Information Systems / Any Fieldpreferred
