What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enhancements for NFR procurement in SAP SRM
- Define functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts
- Coordinate HR integration across org structure, cost centers, and approval flows
- Control the Shopping Cart lifecycle from catalog selection through approval, PO, GR, and asset update
- Support asset creation during accounting and align activities with Project Management processes
- Handle special topics such as regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, and mass cart creation
- Review WRICEF documentation quality and ensure specs are finalized before development
- Set testing strategy and coordinate UAT with formal sign-off by release cutover
- Solve critical L3 incidents and conduct root cause analysis to deliver permanent fixes
- Contribute to PI and Sprint Planning and coach the team in Agile methodologies
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- SAP SRM expertise including Retail/NFR focus
- Functional design and configuration skills for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts
- HR integration knowledge including org structure and approval workflows
- Product hierarchy, asset management, and familiarity with MDM
- Testing strategy development and incident management handling
- Agile methodology proficiency and English language skills
