What you'll do
- Lead functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management and FSCM Credit Management
- Own Credit Management solution design aligned with Order-to-Cash architecture and business processes
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather credit policies and risk-management requirements
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs, configurations, and implementation needs
- Configure and optimize credit segments, profiles, limits, exposure, risk classes, scoring, automatic credit checks, credit-block management, release processes, Business Partner integration, and report
- Define and validate integration between Credit Management and SAP SD, FI, Business Partner, and related systems
- Analyze existing processes and recommend standard S/4HANA capabilities minimizing customization
- Lead functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and developments; collaborate with ABAP and integration teams
- Support all phases of testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Analyze complex functional and integration issues and coordinate resolutions
- Support global template creation and manage localization for market rollouts
- Provide functional leadership to SAP consultants and market teams ensuring documentation and knowledge transfer
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- SAP S/4HANA Credit Management and FSCM Credit Management expertise
- Credit Management business processes within Order-to-Cash
- SAP SD and FI integration knowledge and Business Partner Integration
- Credit Check Configuration, Credit Limit Configuration, and Credit Block and Release Processes
- Solution Design, Workshop Facilitation, and Functional Specifications Preparation
- Testing Lifecycle management including SIT, UAT, and Regression
- Troubleshooting SAP issues and cross-team coordination
- Stakeholder Management and communication with senior business users
