What you'll do
- Drive EPAM strategic data initiatives
- Design and manage enterprise data solutions within Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Build components for enterprise data platforms to ensure efficient data workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and other stakeholders to address data requirements
- Implement structured, secure, and auditable processes to safeguard data integrity
- Identify and resolve data-related issues while enhancing overall system quality
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Databricks
- Skills in ETL/ELT tools and data acquisition methods (API calls, FTP downloads)
- Experience in building and managing Data Warehouses, Operational Data Stores, API access layers, file extracts, and query systems
- Knowledge of data pipelines, data transformation, and data integrity processes
- Expertise in data platform development
- Computer Science
