lead business analyst

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Agile methodology and a strong background in mobile application development.

This role involves close collaboration with the client's Product Owner and active participation in all phases of the product lifecycle, from development to deployment. An understanding of the banking sector and exposure to Product Management will be valuable for success in this position.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client’s Product Owner to define the product vision and prioritize the roadmap

• Capture and transform business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team

• Define detailed user stories that precisely represent client requirements

• Ensure product backlog is systematically prioritized to align with client and market objectives

• Assess and monitor product progress through all delivery phases

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive development continuity

• Liaise with stakeholders to refine and clarify evolving requirements effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments

• Background in mobile app development with a focus on iOS and Android platforms

• Familiarity with the banking industry's workflows and constraints

• Skills in fixed-price project scope management

• Competency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders through leadership and communication excellence

• Showcase of problem-solving approaches to overcome strategic challenges
