lead business analyst

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to oversee the digital modernization of Power Production Sites in Greece.

The ideal candidate will drive application discovery, facilitate decision-making for cloud migration, and lead change management initiatives while ensuring optimal collaboration among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Business Analysis team to achieve project objectives

• Facilitate discussions on application discovery and dependencies within customer landscapes

• Drive decision-making for cloud migration strategies

• Align infrastructure changes with evolving project needs and client requirements

• Mitigate risks and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicting expectations effectively

• Enhance productivity and reduce costs via high-paced transformation strategies

• Coordinate tasks among internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve milestones

• Conduct client meetings to ensure alignment on project roadmaps and deliverables

• Take ownership of project outcomes and act as a driver for innovative solutions

Requirements

• At least 8 years of working experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles

• Proficiency in Business Analysis practices, ideally related to Power & Utilities

• Strong communication skills in English and Greek, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders

• Background in cloud migration, infrastructure adaptation, and risk management

• Understanding of application discovery, usage analysis, and dependency evaluation processes

• Skills in balancing competing priorities and driving change within complex projects

• Capability to manage stakeholder conflicts and facilitate seamless collaborations

• Competency in promoting productivity improvements and cost optimization strategies

Nice to have

• Expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Familiarity with infrastructure modernization within industrial environments

• Showcase of experience leading digital transformation initiatives
