data delivery manager with gen ai

We are looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.

This role is critical to the successful execution of a high-impact initiative and requires a strong background in data and analytics delivery, AI/ML, and cloud-based architectures.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the AI/ML solution, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Data & Analytics: Data & Analytics delivery, including data pipeline design, transformation, governance, and visualization across cloud and hybrid environments
• Solution Design: Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects to define the architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between the business, IT teams, and external vendors to align objectives and ensure seamless delivery
• Data Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards, implementing best practices for data privacy, security, and governance in an AI-driven environment
• Agile Execution: Drive project execution through Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while maintaining flexibility for iterative improvements
• Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs to measure chatbot effectiveness, model accuracy, response times, and user engagement
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Practical experience in delivery Data Analytics/ Data Science/AI/ML solutions
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques
• Good understanding of data engineering challenges and proven experience with data platform engineering (batch and streaming, ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, consumption)
• Awareness of Python, data mining, predictive analytics, data modeling, etc
• Experience with data visualization, awareness of various tools and technologies
• Understanding of data-related security challenges
• Practical experience with one or more leading public cloud providers (Azure preferred); leading role in on-prem to cloud migration projects
• Experience executing from ground-up solutions
• Understanding of how to plan, resource, and deliver large-scale technical projects
• Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
• High degree of comfort to present both to large and small audiences
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse personality types
• Excellent business communication skills
