What you'll do
- Shape pursuits and proposals, defining problems and building value narratives for Consumer & Retail clients
- Lead client discovery by facilitating workshops and framing the real business problems
- Build business cases by identifying, prioritizing, and sizing data and AI use cases with KPIs and roadmaps
- Own workstreams end-to-end, managing requirements, backlog, data readiness, governance, and value tracking
- Coordinate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to design scalable data and AI solutions
- Produce and present clear, executive-level recommendations and materials throughout engagements
- Apply pricing and promotions analytics including elasticity modeling and trade spend optimization
- Leverage merchandising and category analytics to optimize assortment and product performance
- Use customer and growth analytics for segmentation, CLV, churn, retention, and personalization
- Employ demand and supply chain analytics like demand forecasting and replenishment
- Develop and apply GenAI-enabled use cases such as commercial copilots and automation tools
Key requirements
- Deep Consumer & Retail expertise with measurable business impact
- Consulting skills including structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation
- Data and AI literacy to define requirements and translate between business and technical teams
- Experience in end-to-end agile delivery from problem framing to adoption
- Fluency in CPG data landscape and practical experience with syndicated, POS, and distributor data
- Ownership mindset with comfort handling ambiguity and driving outcomes
- Business Administration / Data Science / Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematicspreferred
