What you'll do
- Lead functional design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management solutions
- Own and align Credit Management solution blueprint with Order-to-Cash architecture and business processes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather credit policies and requirements
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs and configuration decisions
- Configure and optimize credit segments, profiles, limits, exposure, risk classes, scoring, credit checks and release processes
- Define integration between Credit Management and SAP SD, FI, Business Partner and related systems
- Assess processes and recommend S/4HANA standard capabilities limiting customization
- Drive functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and developments
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Diagnose and resolve complex functional and integration issues
- Support global template creation and manage localization for market rollouts
- Provide functional leadership and ensure quality documentation and knowledge transfer
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management expertise
- Order-to-Cash business process knowledge
- Integration across Credit Management, SD, FI, Business Partner modules
- Credit checks, credit limits, exposure, and credit-block configuration skills
- Experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or global template rollouts
- Functional workshops facilitation and stakeholder management
- Troubleshooting SAP functional and integration issues
- Producing functional specifications
- Managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle activities
- Strong English communication
