wms services team leader

The WMS Team Leader is responsible for leading the delivery, implementation, and optimization of ENTERSOFTONE WMS solutions, managing partner relationships, and guiding consulting teams to ensure successful project outcomes, operational excellence, and high partner satisfaction.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Lead and mentor a team of WMS consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and continuous development.

• Manage the implementation, support, and optimization of ΕNTERSOFTONE WMS for partners and customers.

• Analyze warehouse operations and business processes.

• Oversee ΕNTERSOFTONE WMS configuration, testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

• Deliver/Oversee training sessions and workshops for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with ENTERSOFTONE WMS is preferred. Candidates with exposure to other WMS solutions, logistics software, or business systems will also be considered.

• Previous experience leading teams, projects, or implementation initiatives will be considered an asset.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management.

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably SQL Server).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
