About the job
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
Participate in end-to-end implementation of CRM & Mobile solutions (Entersoft SFA/VanSales)
Analyze needs, gather requirements, and define best practices
Configure and test solutions based on each client’s business workflows
Train end users and provide post-go-live support
Create documentation and manuals, and manage change requests
Maintain continuous communication with clients, presales, and technical teams
Play an active role in workshops, reviews, and optimization of configurations
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Very good knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server – essential)
Good knowledge or experience in CRM, ERP, or mobile apps (preferred)
Ability to analyze business needs and processes
Excellent command of Greek & English
Team spirit, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach
Experience in software implementations or B2B customer support is a plus
