What you'll do
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of CRM and mobile solutions
- Analyze client needs and gather requirements
- Configure and test solutions based on client workflows
- Train end users and provide post-go-live support
- Create documentation, manuals, and manage change requests
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, presales, and technical teams
- Participate actively in workshops, reviews, and solution optimizations
Key requirements
- Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or mobile applications
- Skills in analyzing business needs and requirement gathering
- Ability to configure and test solutions
- Competence in documentation and end user training
- Strong client communication and workshop participation
- Team spirit and analytical thinking
- Computer Science / Economics / Business Administrationpreferred
