What you'll do
- Participate in the implementation, support, and optimization of WMS/logistics solutions
- Analyze warehouse operations and business processes to translate requirements into system solutions
- Configure the WMS application according to customer operational needs
- Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL
- Support partners and users during project implementations, testing, go-live, and post-production operation
- Deliver training sessions for users and partner teams
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Key requirements
- WMS/logistics solutions implementation and support
- Business process analysis and WMS application configuration
- Troubleshooting with SQL and relational database knowledge
- Project support and implementation including testing and go-live
- Training delivery to users and partner teams
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, communication skills, customer orientation, and team collaboration
- ERP software familiarity
- Warehouse operations knowledge
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineeringpreferred

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Participate in the implementation, support, and optimization of WMS/logistics solutions for partners and end customers.
Analyze warehouse operations and business processes and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
Configure the WMS application according to customer operational needs.
Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues using system tools, logs, and SQL queries.
Support partners and users during project implementations, testing, go-live, and post-production operation.
Deliver training sessions for users and partner teams.
Collaborate with consultants, developers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with ERP, WMS, or business software solutions is considered an advantage.
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational scenarios.
Interest in warehouse operations, logistics processes, and business systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
