We are looking for a Services Team Leader to join our high-caliber team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the SFA/CRM services team
Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects and ensure high-quality outputs
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on projects
Coordinate requirements analysis and validate configurations and testing
Assign and prioritize support tickets across the team to ensure timely resolution
Facilitate workshops, reviews, and solution optimization sessions
Guide the team during training and post–go-live support
Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in CRM/SFA implementations and services delivery
Previous experience in leading or mentoring teams
Strong understanding of business workflows and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on partner relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Problem-solving mindset and focus on service quality
