About the job
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager – HoReCa Software Solutions to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, managing accounts, and negotiating contracts to drive profitability. You will also oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met by effectively handling leads, opportunities, and agreements.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Customers
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Customer’s relationships
Overseeing Customers account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Your Qualifications & Competencies
2+ previous working experience as Account Manager in Business Software Sector
University Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance
Very good knowledge of ERP/CRM applications
Very good knowledge of English language
Excellent customer-oriented skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of written and spoken language
