About the job
The Project Manager plays a key role in successfully managing and delivering software projects, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and technical execution. By thoroughly understanding project requirements and effectively coordinating cross-functional teams, they drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Your contribution to the success of the team:
Acting as the main point of contact with the client’s stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations
Understanding business requirements and translating them into structured delivery plans
Compiling, maintaining, and updating the project plan throughout the project lifecycle
Organizing and participating in internal and client meetings, facilitating productive discussions
Monitoring project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring successful delivery
Identifying risks, dependencies, and technical challenges early, and communicating them effectively
Coordinating cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, Engineers and other internal teams across the organization
Ensuring proper documentation of requirements, decisions, and technical aspects of the project
Supporting the team in resolving issues related to requirements, design, and implementation
Your Qualifications & Competencies:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the software industry
Solid understanding of software development processes (e.g. web applications, integrations, APIs, databases)
Experience managing projects with technical complexity and multiple stakeholders
Proficient in the use of Project Management tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
Eager to learn, with a growth-oriented mindset
Proficiency in the Greek and English language
