About the job
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our high-caliber team, with a primary role in developing and managing clients around e-invoicing solutions.
Your contribution to the success of the team:
Develop new business and manage key accounts through long-term strategic relationships
Identify new sales opportunities and market prospects
Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Participate in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
Capture customer feedback to drive product improvements and new offerings
Maintain strong knowledge of the market, competition, and industry trends
Support commercial activities during RFI/RFP processes
Collaborate closely with Professional Services to ensure high-quality proposals and delivery
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a strong professional company image
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the IT industry (Business Software Solutions)
Understanding of B2B sales techniques and strategies within the software industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
