We are looking for a HRMS Product Specialist to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving complex software issues for internal teams and clients
Manage and monitor CRM & ticketing systems, ensuring timely responses and high-quality resolutions (SLA adherence)
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and how-to articles
Perform testing (QA) based on specifications and analyze bugs to improve system performance
Collaborate with Product & R&D teams to support product evolution and translate business needs into technical requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and support workflows
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in software consulting, implementation, or support in HRMS or similar systems.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and ticketing processes
Ability to write clear and well-structured technical documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Nice to have
Knowledge of SQL
Experience with Business Intelligence tools
Familiarity with HR/Payroll processes
