We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our high caliber team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient systems using RAD Studio
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Developer
Strong programming fundamentals
Solid experience with SQL Server and relational databases
Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with desktop applications or legacy systems
Experience with RAD Studio
Basic understanding of business processes such as accounting, payroll, and human resources
