What you'll do
- Participate in ERP project implementation life cycle including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business process requirements
- Create technical solution designs and implement software based on business requirements
- Provide feedback to improve existing functionalities and develop new ones according to customer needs
- Provide training for smooth user adoption of new functionalities and software environment
- Collaborate with project team to prioritize customer needs and proactively resolve problems
Key requirements
- ERP implementation and CRM software knowledge
- Business process analysis and technical solution design skills
- Microsoft SQL Server database understanding
- Software testing and user training capabilities
- Problem solving, analytical skills, and customer-oriented mindset
- Communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, independent work, and teamwork
- Computer Science / Economicspreferred
