What you'll do
- Participate in ERP projects across design, mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Gather, analyze, and define customer requirements for business processes
- Design technical solutions and implement software according to business requirements
- Provide feedback on new functionalities and improvements to existing features
- Deliver training to support user adoption of new functionalities and software
- Prioritize customer needs and proactively identify and resolve problems with the project team
Key requirements
- ERP implementation lifecycle, software implementation, and business process mapping
- Requirements gathering and analysis, technical solution design
- Microsoft SQL Server and database knowledge
- English communication and customer service
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and issue resolution
- Project prioritization and software training
- Computer Science / Economics / Any Field
