What you'll do
- Participate in ERP projects throughout implementation life cycle including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define customer requirements for business processes
- Create technical solution designs and implement software according to business requirements
- Provide feedback to develop new functionalities and improve existing ones based on customer needs
- Deliver training to ensure smooth user introduction to new functionalities and software environment
- Collaborate with project team to prioritize customer needs and proactively identify and resolve problems
Key requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Experience with ERP and CRM software
- Skills in Business Process Analysis and Technical Solution Design
- Experience in Software Implementation and Training Delivery
- Strong Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Orientation
- Analytical Skills, Problem Solving abilities, and capacity for Independent Work
- Computer Science / Economics / Any Fieldpreferred
