About the job
As an ERP Business Analyst , you will play a key role in shaping and delivering end-to-end solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives. You will be actively involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture design to implementation oversight and post-go-live support.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solution architectures
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation best practices.
Design and define end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability
Support system integration processes, ensuring seamless communication between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms
Provide architectural guidance and support to development teams throughout implementation
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance existing solutions
Work closely with project teams to identify risks, resolve complex issues, and ensure successful delivery
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in ERP solution architecture, system design, implementation, or similar roles, ideally within the Entersoft ERP ecosystem
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, integration patterns, and enterprise systems
Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures
Knowledge of databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and data modeling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions
