About the job

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities with medium-sized and enterprise organizations.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within medium-sized and enterprise organizations

  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and objectives

  • Conduct web meetings and on-site meetings with prospective customers

  • Conduct discovery meetings and qualify commercial opportunities

  • Present INTELIQUA's solutions and value proposition to prospective customers

  • Collaborate with the CRO and internal teams in the preparation of proposals and commercial offers

  • Manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature

  • Work with international partners to generate and pursue new business opportunities

  • Participate in webinars, workshops, conferences and networking events

  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and opportunity tracking through CRM tools

  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging commercial opportunities

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field will be considered an advantage

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or consultative selling

  • Ability to engage with medium-sized and enterprise customers

  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Strong follow-up and opportunity management skills

  • Commercial mindset and ability to identify customer needs

  • Proactive and self-driven approach

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
