senior technical business consultant

We are looking for a Technical Business Consultant to join our team.

Your Role

You will work with clients and internal teams to implement and support Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Understand client needs in sales and field operations

• Implement, configure, and support SFA solutions

• Train end-users and administrators

• Provide support after go-live and suggest improvements

• Be the main contact point for clients and partners

• Help clients solve system issues and follow best practices

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders

• Work with internal teams and ERP specialists on integrated solutions

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar

• Experience in SFA consulting

• Basic knowledge of SQL and XML

• Understanding of sales and commercial processes

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Very good English (written & spoken)
