senior back end developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in C# and .NET Core to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that support our front-end applications and external integrations. You’ll work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that drive our business forward.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Design, Develop, and Maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core

• Create and Manage RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with front-end developers and other teams to define API requirements and deliver new features

• Optimize and Refactor Code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of backend systems

• Implement Security Best Practices to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of APIs

• Work with DevOps: Automate deployment processes and monitor application performance to ensure smooth and reliable operations

• Unit Testing & Code Reviews: Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability

• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues related to backend services, ensuring reliability and responsiveness

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our stack modern and efficient

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Core development

• Proficiency in building and managing RESTful APIs

• Knowledge of MACH Architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless)

• Familiarity with Service Bus or similar messaging technologies

• Experience with NoSQL databases

• Solid understanding of security best practices for backend and API development

• Experience working with DevOps teams and CI/CD tools for automated deployments and monitoring

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
