SEMIRAMIS is searching for an experienced Waiter responsible for providing an amazing experience to hotel’s guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring perfection in every detail and customer service.
🎯 Responsibilities:
Presenting menu to guests and taking orders.
Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied.
Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat.
Follow strict hygiene procedures along with hotel’s Policies.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures.
Performing other related duties as required by the hotel.
Requirements
At least 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants.
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (micros).
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language - knowing of any other foreign language will be considered as a plus.
Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality.
Flexibility in working shifts.
Friendly, polite and detailed oriented.
