What you'll do
- Clean and maintain Food and Beverage areas, equipment, and utensils according to hotel standards
- Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, organized, and ready for service
- Collect, transport, and sort Food and Beverage containers, waste, and garbage following hotel procedures
- Prepare and ensure availability of equipment for daily operations and service
- Follow hygiene, HACCP, health and safety procedures and hotel policies
- Work professionally and harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, and other F&B team members
- Perform related duties as required by the F&B department
Key requirements
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards, hygiene procedures, HACCP, and health and safety compliance
- Skills in equipment maintenance and waste management
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
