About the job
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee room cleaning and maintenance procedures, ensuring adherence to hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards across all guest and public areas.
Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and shortages are avoided.
Effective scheduling and coordination of housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal coverage.
Training and development of new team members, fostering their skills to maintain high performance standards and service quality.
Undertaking additional related duties as required to support the overall needs and smooth functioning of the hotel.
Perform any other related duties, as required by the hotel.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star or luxury hotel.
Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Excellent knowledge of cleaning practices and standards.
Knowledge of Greek and English language.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to interact courteously with guests when needed
