As a member of the Food & Beverage Department at NOŪS Santorini, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and seating the guests
Presenting menu, provide information, make recommendations to guests and take orders
Organize table settings and maintain tables clean
Follow strict hygiene procedures along with hotel’s Policies.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures.
Performing any other related duties as required by the F&B department.
Requirements:
At least 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Luxury Resorts or High-End Restaurants.
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (micros).
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP principles preferred)
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language - additional languages will be considered as a plus.
Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
Flexibility in working shifts.
Professional appearance and professional conduct.
Strong attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
