As a Demi Chef de Partie (À la Carte), you will support the daily production of the kitchen by preparing ingredients, executing basic cooking tasks, and maintaining strong hygiene standards. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills, work alongside experienced chefs, and grow within a structured and professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to à la carte menu specifications and hotel standards.
Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously.
Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control.
Work closely with the team to deliver timely and high-quality dishes.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
Requirements
Previous experience in an à la carte or similar kitchen environment preferred.
Graduate of a Culinary School.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
