About the job
The Barista prepares high-quality coffee and beverage creations while ensuring consistent presentation and flavor. They provide friendly, efficient service, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, and contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide attentive service.
Take beverage orders from the guests
Prepare and serve a selection of beverages according to the hotel recipes and guests’ preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
Manage bar inventory and supplies
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Maintain a working knowledge of alcohols, beverages.
Performing other bartender related duties as required by the F&B department.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Bartender in a 5* Luxury Resort is required.
Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP principles preferred)
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Excellent command of Greek and the English language.
Knowledge of POS.
