What you'll do
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
- Thank and farewell guests, encouraging future visits
- Assist in taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Provide prompt and courteous service attending to guest needs
- Set and clear tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Remove dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely delivery of food and beverages
Key requirements
- Customer Service and Food and Beverage Service skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
- POS System Familiarity
- English Communication skills
- Organizational Skills and Planning Skills
- Interpersonal Communication and Team Coordination
- Attention to Detail
- Hospitality or similar fieldpreferred
