What you'll do
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of hotel facilities
- Maintain and care for garden and outdoor areas
- Handle and transport materials and assist with other tasks as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance, cleaning, and security departments to ensure proper functioning of technical installations
- Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- General cleaning and facilities maintenance
- Garden and outdoor maintenance
- Material handling and transportation
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
- Pool maintenance as additional advantage
- Collaboration with other departments
- Any Fieldpreferred

Συντηρητή Γενικών Καθηκόντων
Μερικές από τις αρμοδιότητες:
Γενικός καθαρισμός και συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων του ξενοδοχείου
Συντήρηση και φροντίδα κήπου και εξωτερικών χώρων
Χειρισμός και μεταφορά υλικών αλλά και άλλες βοηθητικές εργασίες οταν προκύπτει ανάγκη
Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα συντήρησης, καθαριότητας και ασφαλείας για την διασφάλιση της σωστής λειτουργία των τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων.
Συμμόρφωση με τις πολιτικές, τις διαδικασίες του τμήματος και τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης του ξενοδοχείου
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Ικανότητα ανταπόκρισης στις σωματικές απαιτήσεις της δουλειάς
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2/3 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 5*
Η γνώση συντήρησης πισίνων θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
Το Πτυχίο είναι επιθυμητό
Γνώση και τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
