What you'll do
- Wash dishes, utensils, glasses and kitchen equipment manually or using a dishwasher.
- Clean kitchen counters, floors and work surfaces.
- Disinfect and safely store clean utensils and kitchen tools.
- Report potential equipment faults to kitchen supervisors.
- Organize clean utensils for safe, ready access.
- Provide clean utensils and tools to cooks.
- Support workspace organization and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe environment.
