What you'll do
- Provide various spa services ensuring safety and comfort
- Maintain equipment and test stock products
- Keep documentation and client records
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked spa area
- Recognize and respond to client inquiries, needs, and expectations
- Comply with hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Apply best practices and stay updated on market trends
Key requirements
- Experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of a broad range of therapies and physiotherapy
- Ability to promote and sell services and products
- Providing various spa services
- Equipment maintenance and stock product testing
- Keeping documentation and client records
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked space
- Compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Experience with Elemis products

Αναγνώριση και απόκριση σε ερωτήματα, ανάγκες και προσδοκίες πελατών

Εφαρμογή βέλτιστων πρακτικών και ενημέρωση για τις τάσεις αγοράς
Requirements
Χρήσιμο να έχετε:
Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία 5*
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών. Η άριστη γνώση επιπρόσθετης γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
Γνώση ευρείας γκάμας θεραπειών και φυσικοθεραπείας
Ικανότητα προώθησης και πώλησης υπηρεσιών και προϊόντων
Εμπειρία σε προϊόντα Elemis θα θεωρηθεί ιδιαίτερο προσόν.
