What you'll do
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing environment
- Conduct consultations to understand guest preferences, medical concerns, and contraindications
- Provide massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy
- Administer body treatments such as wraps, scrubs, and other spa therapies
- Prepare treatment rooms and clean and sanitize spa areas before and after treatments
- Check, stock, clean, and organize spa supplies
- Explain spa products, ingredients, and benefits and recommend suitable home care products
- Upsell additional treatments and services where appropriate
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Massage therapy techniques, Spa therapy techniques, and Aromatherapy
- Body treatments and Skin care
- Spa products and ingredients and Guest consultations
- Health and safety regulations and Cleaning and sanitization
- Upselling and English language
- Spa supply management
- Cosmetology / Physiotherapypreferred
